Julia Montes shared that she does not limit her food choices and remains to be fit. Her secret? She thinks that her more relaxed nature in what she eats is what keeps her in shape.
"Feeling ko mas effective sa akin yun relax na lang", Julia shared, adding that she did try intensive workouts and fad diets in the past but have not seen any significant change in her body.
Admitting that she would be lucky to work out once a week, her main activity mainly focuses on cooking. "Tumatagal talaga ako sa kusina", Julia added.
