Thanks to technology, though, anyone can make their family or friends feel loved despite being away—with features available to all, like video calls.

1.    Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes

Kadenang Ginto stars Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes, collectively known as SethDrea, are often caught talking via video call by their fans online. Now that they are both staying in their respective homes, the two endure being away from each other through video calls. 

In a post by artist handler and road manager Mark Coleta on Instagram, Seth and Andrea look like they were having fun seeing each other through their screens. Both of them are making funny faces as if they are playing right beside each other.

2.    Khalil Ramos and Gabbi Garcia

For real-life couples Khalil Ramos and Gabbi Garcia, distance does not matter, especially when you want to sing with your partner. In an Instagram video call shared to the public, the adorable pair exchange lyrics from the song Pagtingin by Ben&Ben.

3.    Angelica Panganiban, Ketchup Eusebio, Agot Isidro, and Candy Pangilinan

The celebrity squad of Angelica Panganiban, Ketchup Eusebio, Agot Isidro, Candy Pangilinan, and other friends keep up via video call. In an Instagram story reposted by Angelica, they freely sing their heart out to Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler.

4.    Karylle, Yael Yuzon, Zsa Zsa Padilla, and Zia Quizon

There’s nothing compared to a mother’s love like Zsa Zsa Padilla who makes sure to communicate with her kids Zia Quizon and Karylle, along with the latter's husband Yael Yuzon. In Zsa Zsa’s Instagram stories, she posted their Facetime video call where they eat lunch altogether, virtually.

5.    Ruffa Gutierrez, Sarah Lahbati, and Zion Gutierrez

Celebrity sisters-in-law Ruffa Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati spend bonding time together with Sarah’s son Zion Gutierrez and other friends through a video call. In Ruffa’s Instagram story, she wrote “Day … what day na nga ba?” as if she lost track of the time, now that her friends and relatives can only communicate online.

6.    Luke Conde, Ryle Santiago, Janine Berdin, and Ana Ramsey

Hashtags Luke Conde, Ryle Santiago, Tawag Ng Tanghalan Grand Champion Janine Berdin, and former Tawag Ng Tanghalan contender Ana Ramsey maintain their friendship through video calls as well. It is evident in their own Instagram accounts how Hashtags Luke, Ryle and Janine are really close to one another, and that they have been talking through video calls even before the community quarantine.
