It’s a Gandang ‘Di Mo Inakala transformation for Kathryn when she played the role of Patricia or Patchot in Kathniel’s first-ever movie Must Be Love.  Patchot is always in sweaty tomboy outfits such as basketball shorts and caps, until she falls in love with her best friend, and finally turns into a glowing maiden.

We know Kathryn is an actress who wouldn’t pass up a challenge, even if it means portraying a boy role. In 2017’s La Luna Sangre, she told the world that she could still seamlessly give justice to a character outside dresses and a dainty-teen image. Aside from playing as Malia, she also turned into a character named Mio, who pretends to be a boy to protect the one she loves. This episode and this look particularly made the rounds on social media!

Kathryn’s portrayal as the mature Mia in Barcelona: A Love Untold was just as unforgettable as her gorgeous tousled hair and the tear-jerking line, “Mahalin mo ako dahil mahal mo ako because that is what I deserve.” With her beautiful face that matches almost every hairstyle, truly, what’s not to love?

7. Kathryn as Joy in Hello, Love, Goodbye

How can Kathryn still be so stunning even in the painful and heavy OFW role of Joy in Hello, Love, Goodbye? It’s difficult not to notice that she definitely aced the no-makeup and bare face look in the movie with her unkempt hair that still looks lovely amidst her role’s struggles.
