Team Kramer, which consists of celebrity couple Doug and Chesca Kramer with their three children Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin, is indeed one of the most followed celebrity families on social media. We love how this picture-perfect family inspires everyone with their bonding activities, trips, and other life updates.

That includes the most recent news about them—they finally moved to their new house after almost two years of construction.

On June 23, 2019, Doug took to Instagram to share how the whole family felt emotional on leaving their home for six years. The family formerly resided in a three-story house on a 300 sq. meter lot which had an overall contemporary design. That home was built when Chesca was still pregnant with their youngest child, Gavin. It had a big L-shaped sofa in the living room (which we used to see on the family’s posts), abstract paintings, a modern kitchen with a kitchen island, a grand staircase made of tempered glass, a home theatre, a hotel-like master bedroom, vibrant and animated children rooms, a playroom where a stash of cute toys was displayed, and a pool.

On the same post, he described that this former house was where their “family of 5 started” and that “Team Kramer began here.” Truly, this is the house where many firsts of the family happened. For instance, this is where Scarlett lost her first front tooth!

Before this home, the couple lived in a rented house, then in a small rented condo when Kendra was born, and then a townhouse which they rented as well when Scarlett came into the picture. Doug revealed in a post that those were from 2008 to 2018. He also mentioned how grateful he is for another new home this 2019, and that the goodness of God made this all happen.

As the construction of the new house took place from September 2017, Doug would share how eventually the house formed into how they dreamed it would be.

Fast forward to January 2019, Chesca posted a photo of their master bedroom’s first look. She showed the view from the room which she described as a view that she “will very soon be waking up to.” The said view features an Instagram-perfect scene of trees and greenery.

In February 2019, the overall theme of their house was revealed along with a photo of their beautiful high ceiling made of kamagong, mahogany, and narra. The house is rustic, industrial and modern, which features brown, gray and black colors. Hanging from the ceiling are locally-made wood chandeliers and on its walls are small wooden art boxes that form a cross.

On the 15th month of construction, he showed the almost-finished open lanai leading to the infinity pool which offers a city view. It will have a barbeque pit and an outdoor table as well. He also mentioned that as the head of the family, he would juggle everything in his schedule which included his weekly visits to the new house.

When they finally moved in this June, the couple had a new house blessing surprise for the kids, which was what would be their new playroom. Their reactions were truly priceless to their parents who worked hard for it!

Based on Doug and Chesca’s post, the kids can’t decide which part of the house is their favorite. The rush in moving in was also shared by Doug on Instagram and he revealed that it was because Kendra wanted to celebrate her 10th birthday in their new residence. It was actually the first time she will hold a birthday party at home! Aside from this post, he also shared a photo of the kids’ study room where they have their homeschool lessons.

Doug also introduced the Team Kramer Theater which he describes as his dream theater, something he conceptualized 2 years ago and revealed that he was extra-detailed about this part of the house. He also said that he manually measured the “power outlets, the distance between the wood ceiling claddings and even the spacing for the rows of seats.”

This dreamy grand home theater has its own control room, which is why all the equipment and wires are nowhere to be seen. The theater has a “180 inch 2.35 aspect ratio screen, powered by a Sony Laser 4k native projector”, with a sound system of “11 surround speakers, 2 subwoofers and 4 ceiling Atmos speakers”.

Meanwhile, Chesca shared her favorite part of the house—the lanai that leads to the pool.

Congratulations, Team Kramer!
