In Focus: How Pia Wurtzbach Stays Fit For The Summer

This 2020, Pia Wurtzbach made a personal pledge to herself that it will be a year of commitment to her health and fitness goals. “I promised myself that I will eat more greens, eat more fruits—anything that comes from the ground is perfect—and drinking water just to have everything balanced,” she told the press at the launch of the Jollibee Spicy Tuna Pie.

No matter how busy she is, the beauty queen-turned-actress makes an effort to dedicate an hour a day to physical activity, which usually includes cardio and some weights. “I try not to burn myself out because what happens if you do, hindi ka na babalik bukas kasi parang natrauma mo sarili mo sa isang araw,” she said. “Basta yung sakto lang na babalik ka the next day—ganun yung thinking mo dapat.”
