Whether it’s losing fat in stubborn areas or developing curves where you naturally have none, or perhaps both, the pressure to achieve a bikini body is hard on most women. What more if that body will be seen and judged by the entire, well, universe?
With days to go before the Miss Universe 2019 competition, representatives from 90 countries will be out to flaunt what they’ve got. Among them—our very own Gazini Ganados. In our first meeting with the model-turned-beauty queen, she described her tried-and-tested methods in keeping slim. She discloses being a healthful eater by choice, going for plant-based and being mindful of where she buys groceries. (See full interview below!)

Gazini also stays active. Besides working out four times a week, the Filipina-Palestinian loves outdoor sports like sky diving, hiking, bouldering, and jet skiing.
