Amid the bustling streets of Bonifacio Global City is a fancy hotel restaurant that serves dishes that will remind you of home. At first glance, Scott’s isn’t exactly how you'd imagine what a restaurant serving comfort food would look like. While its upscale and sleek interior is very posh, it is a place where you can get your baked mac or quesadilla fix—and even taho!
Scott’s opened early last year, with a name inspired by Asia Pacific’s first international serviced residence opened by a Singapore-based corporation named Scotts Holdings. Meanwhile, in the Philippines, Scott's is one of the newest must-visit restaurants in the metro.

The classy casual restaurant is located at the second level of Ascott Bonifacio Global City, and features floor-to-ceiling glass panels with a scenic view of the city. Chef Johnny Rodriguez adds, “Scott’s restaurant features a comfortably modern dining room with a great view of the hustle and bustle of BGC,” and that whenever customers dine at Scott’s, he wants them “to feel like they just discovered the Lost City of Atlantis and share the discovery with all their friends and family.”
Chef Johnny credits his travels and his exposure to different cultures as his inspiration for his dishes. “Our new menu reflects our love and respect for food. We want to welcome guests as if they are at their home with the food they deserve!”
The menu offers a solid lineup of international comfort foods with a contemporary twist—"your home away from home,” says Chef Johnny. In there, you will find all-time favorites from Singapore, USA, India, UK, and the Philippines—all using locally-sourced ingredients and house-made blends and sides.
For starters, classics like the Tapas Board, Ceasar Salad, Scott’s House Salad, and Loaded Baked Potato Soup are available. While other familiar flavors such as the Tomato & Fried Mozzarella Soup and Keto Taco Salad are enhanced with the chef’s personal spin.
Moving on to the mains, you can order your comfort food staples like the Short Ribs Mac and Cheese, Truffled Honey Chicken, and Prawn Laksa—which are all noteworthy. There's also their crowd-pleasers: Fish and Chips and Lechon Kawali, to name a few. While the Indian Buttered Chicken and Surf N’ Turf Quesadilla are the Chef’s favorites.
Lastly, if you're looking for desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth without jeopardizing your sugar levels, there's Mini Ube Cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake, Tiramisu. They're tasty and creamy but not too sweet.
Whether you decide to go here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the restaurant’s mix of elegant-but-casual ambiance, full spectrum menu, and quick service makes it a destination for any time of the day.
