Hindi ako nag-da-diet. I tried those packed meal programs for a month, na calculated yung mga calories and carbs…but it was never enough for me. I always looked for rice! Mga cabbage nalang lagi sine-serve, so nakakasawa even if mahilig ako sa veggies. It was hard for my Asian self.

Now I eat anything that I want, like roasted chicken with rice—anything with rice, really! But in moderation. I also love grilled food. Family ko kasi mahilig sa ganyan. Sa bahay, lagi kaming kumain ng grilled pork and such. It’s kind of unhealthy, yet very worth it! So nadala ko sya, but I realized kailangan lahat ng kinakain natin i-moderate. If you like this particular food, have it once in a while lang. And as much as I love anything grilled, I avoid yung masyadong sunog. Pag may black na sya, tanggalin ko. Tapos I limit food that’s too salty.

There have been times na naging chubby talaga yung cheeks ko. It’s a major concern kasi sa screen, laging kita yung face. Yun yung problem ko—mabilis akong mag-bloat.
That said, lagi kong kinokontrol self ko sa milk tea! Noong nag-start ako, everyday ako nag-order! Lahat ng sugar nandoon sa isang cup, tas ang bilis niyang maubos! I’ve been milk tea-fasting for two months now, but honestly, I could drink two cups a day!
