It’s easy to say veteran actor Zoren Legaspi has aged like fine wine. At 47, the actor has maintained not only good looks, but also a toned physique that defines the #bodygoals of many among his contemporaries. His secret? Cycling, as he told ABS-CBN Lifestyle at the first leg of PRURide PH 2019.

Zoren discovered his love of the sport after struggling with knee injury from tennis. “Before, mga more or less 12 years din, I was into tennis. Nagdyo-join din ako ng tournaments kaya nabugbog yung tuhod ko, 'tapos nagkaroon ng problems yung left knee ko,” he shared. “Sabi ko, maghahanap ako ng low impact na sport kasi athletic naman ako by nature. Gusto ko talaga ng exercise kaya napag-desisyunan ko, it’s either swimming or bike ang low impact. Napag-desisyunan ko, I think I’m going to have fun kapag nagbisikleta ako. Dun nagsimula lahat ng ‘yun hanggang na-addict na ako kaka-bike.”

Most of his workout has to do with cycling, declared the celebrity athlete. “Ang favorite ko talaga is mag-bike. Kapag hindi ako nag-bike, dun pakiramdam ko, parang hindi ako nag-exercise,” he said. “Eighty percent is cycling, 10 percent nalang yung boxing, 10 percent yung gym. 'Yan lagi ginagawa ko.”
