Hot Stuff: From BTS To Michelle Obama–See Our Top Moments At The 2019 Grammy Awards

From putting their strongest red carpet looks on to slaying their live performances, the music industry's biggest names attended the 2019 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles and put on a show like the scene-stealing stars that they are.

But, of course, it wouldn't be a great night without any highlights. From K-pop reps BTS to Michelle Obama and her girl power squad, we listed some of our favorite moments from the Grammys below!

1. When BTS made history as the first K-pop act to present an award...

BTS was the top trending topic during the Grammys, and it's all because of how proud they've made their ARMY feel! From walking the red carpet in their shiny Dior suits to presenting the Best R&B Album Award to H.E.R., the Bangtan Boys have truly come a long way from their humble beginnings in Seoul. Hopefully, these talented artists will be the ones accepting their very own Grammy award in the future!

2. When EXO's Lay Zhang represented C-Pop...

Another Asian artist who attended the Grammys is EXO's Lay Zhang. Although he's joined the fesitivities as a Chinese artist, EXO-Ls are still happy to see their favorite 4D member achieving one of the biggest milestones in his solo career. He shared to Billboard during his red carpet interview, “I’m so excited to be here and I’m looking forward to tonight’s show. This is my first time to be here and I hope in the future I can perform on this stage.” We don't doubt that Yixing would turn his dream into reality soon! With the rest of EXO, perhaps?

3. When Michelle Obama made a surprise cameo...

To our surprise, Michelle Obama joined Grammys host Alicia Keys to open the show alongside huge female stars Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, and Jada Pinkett Smitth. Like the true inspirational icon that she is, Michelle said, "Music helps us share ourselves: Our dignity and sorrows, our hopes and joys. Music shows us that all of it matters." We love you, mom!

4. When Miley Cyrus and Shawn Mendes performed "In My Blood"...

Probably the collaboration we never knew we needed, Miley Cyrus joined Shawn Mendes in his performance of "In My Blood." It's definitely a powerhouse duet that made everyone speechless because of how intense their passion on stage was. Now, can we get a recorded version of this duet, please?
