Singer-comedienne Ethel Booba sent the online world exploding again with her clever "charotisms" as her way of answering the questions at the actual #MissUniverse2018 finale, held Monday morning at Impact, Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand. Ethel, or Ethyl Gabison, known for her timely socio-political quips and statements on Twitter, used the platform anew to stir a frenzy among the very entertained Filipinos glued to the beauty pageant live.
Among the questions host Steve Harvey asked the candidates that Ethel found the wit and wisdom to answer tackled the legalization of marijuana, the outdatedness of beauty pageants, and the importance of press freedom. Ethel, who coincidentally turns 42 today, couldn't be any funnier and fiercer in her "answers"—googled or not!
