Fitness has always been part of my lifestyle. I do a lot of cardio. I never thought I would because I was always weak at it, but it’s been very fulfilling to experience results while attempting to build my strength in that area. Nowadays, I run a lot on the treadmill, box, and take classes for pilates and indoor cycling. I switch it up every now and then so that all my muscle groups stay awake and alive, and so that I don’t get bored with what I’m doing.
I take classes because I work out alone and I need that extra motivation. It really helps when you share the same energy with a room full of people. I also try to lift weights at least once a week to build and maintain muscle mass.

For me, staying fit really all boils down to how much you want to get to where you wanna go. How much you’re willing to give will reflect on the results you achieve. Your progress is a product of the work you put in, so you really have to have the discipline and the willpower. It’s really nothing more complicated than eating right and getting a good amount of exercise.
