Dining Delight: Healthy Coastal Cuisine in the Midst of Cityscape

Café Naya at The Palace is known for its wide array of Mediterranean, North African, and European cuisine creatively crafted by Chef Mikko Reyes together with Erwan Heussaff and for its cozy, coastal interior design overlooking The Palace Pool Club. Executive chef Mikko is renowned for his unapologetic cooking, as Erwan puts it,  and it is evident in the dishes he makesbold, adventurous, and well-balanced. Café Naya offers not just flavorful, mouthwatering, and not-to-mention, healthy, food that you will surely make a mark in your palates and hearts.

Uni and Ricotta. This unusual combination of brioche, honey soy, white cheese, and fried kale blends well with each other creating a unique, flavorful, and nutritious appetizer: Kale is a good source of fiber; brioche, of carbohydrates and protein; white cheese of calcium; honey, of soy. If you want to try something different with bread, this is a must-try.



Grilled Skirt Steak, Roasted Vegetable Salad, Chorizo Pilaf, and Fried Kale. One of Naya’s shared plates, this complete meal good for two-three persons, is a great source of protein and fiber. Chef Mikko really has a way of putting bold flavors together without one overpowering the other.



Blue Marlin. Along with grilled asparagus, chorizo, and cashew romesco sauce, a generous slice of blue marlin will surely be loved by fish aficionados and the health-conscious alike. If you want to fill your protein needs but do not prefer red meat, this is your best bet, perhaps in all of Manila.



Charred Octopus. We are used to eating fried, grilled, and adobong pusit or octopus. But Chef Mikko puts a twist to this protein-rich sea creature by adding various herbs and spices.
