Style Spotlight: Kathryn Bernardo and Designer Martin Bautista, A Winning Combination

Don't you just love how fresh and rosy and elegant Kathryn Bernardo looked at the Face of the Year Awards in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam when she and Daniel Padilla received acting awards for Got to Believe? Her rose quartz gown by Martin Bautista was on point. On. So. Many. Levels.

Martin Bautista, who's known for his ultrafeminine, sophisticated, and sexy silk and jersey pieces, accentuated the Teen Queen's lithe frame and brought out the softness of her features even more through the sweet hue and pretty draping. It has been more than two years since Martin first created a gown for Kathryn, and each and every time, he never fails to let the goddess in her flourish. "She has transitioned beautifully from a teen star to a young woman. She's always in the most interesting pieces but still has a youthful vibe; at times she can totally wear something chic and sleek but still very her without losing her celebrity personaand relatability to her fans," says Martin of his muse.

Let's take a walk down memory lane and swoon over Martin's lovely creations for the Teen Queen through the years:

Worn during Daniel Padilla’s concert, this white and red halter-strapped, off-shoulder floor-length number with side slit proved that Kath is really the King’s Queen.

Martin paired a long-sleeved black turtleneck top with a silky, rose pink floor-length skirt for a chic and sexy outfit that beautifully hugged Kath’s slim body.

The asymmetrical neckline and the knot on the skirt fabuluously accented this two-piece old rose gown, which Kathryn wore during the ABS-CBN Christmas Special in 2014.

This classy off-shouldered emerald silk gown flaunted Kath's sexy shoulders and collarbones, giving her just the right dash of sexiness that's age-appropriate.

The back detail of this ethereal white dress which Kathryn wore to Julia Barretto's debut was a sweet surprise: Elegantly simple, yet stunningly sexy.
