When Love Thy Woman last aired in March, conflicts remained unresolved within the Wong family and fans wanting more. The good news? The Chinoy-inspired teleserye set to resume taping under strict safety protocols. And it's already treating audiences to new episodes filmed before to the nationwide lockdown.

Love Thy Woman made its much-awaited return on June 15, amid the general community quarantine, via cable and satellite TV on Kapamilya Channel. In a press conference with the stars, ABS-CBN Lifestyle asked them how the scripted drama shaped their way of viewing breakups and relationships—issues that each of their characters have struggled with and the actors themselves have experienced first-hand. Scroll below to read their words from the heart!

Ruffa Gutierrez

“It hasn’t really shaped me in any way because I’ve already experienced a lot. When it comes to breakups, basically I just take it with a grain of salt. In terms of love and relationships, I want to answer what the quarantine taught me, and not what my character or what the taping has taught me. What quarantine has taught me is we really have to value our relationships. Value the people that you love, never take them for granted, and just show them much you care for them." - Ruffa Guiterrez

Zsa Zsa Padilla

"Single mom yung character ko dito and very peaceful yung relationship nila. Yun yung revelation for me." - Zsa Zsa Padilla

Sunshine Cruz

Dun ako nakaka-relate as Sunshine and as Kai—yung ibuhos mo nalang yung pagmamahal mo sa tamang tao kung nagkamali ka man." - Sunshine Cruz

Eula Valdez

Kailangan mong i-forgive and move on. - Eula Valdes

Christopher De Leon

"Adam Wong sticks to what is true for him and yung paninindigan nya dun sa mga mahal nya sa buhay up to the end. Yung love nya for his family is very important to him. This is how I relate to Adam… and to try to fix the problems of others. Pero di mo naman talaga magagawa yun. Since we’re in a crisis like this, you have to balance yourself and mga mahal mo sa buhay." - Christopher De Leon

Yam Concepcion

"Well for me, kay Dana’s character, kung ayaw na sayo, wag mo ipilit yung sarili mo. Madaling sabihin, mahirap gawin. Just learn to forgive. I’m also learning how to." - Yam Concepcion

Kim Chiu

"Kung iko-kompare mo to sa character ko as Gia Wong, mahirap sya kasi meron talaga syang ginagawa na mali, which alam nya naman na mali. Pero after everything that happened, at your lowest point in life, wala kang ibang kakampi kundi ang pamilya mo at ang kadugo mo. You have to accept your mistake (but) no matter what happened, you always have your family, your mom, your sibling, or Tito like si Gia. Hindi sya laging nag-iisa. Kung meron namang problema, you are not alone. Your family will not abandon you no matter what. - Kim Chiu
