The country's top talent agency Star Magic is launching “Star Magic: Love From Home,” a digital creative project that will allow its artists to warmly welcome fans into their homes with authentic, uplifting, and inspiring content. It is poised to forge a stronger connection between Kapamilya stars and their supporters despite the presence of a pandemic.
Star Magic is holding the virtual launch of “Love From Home" on June 20, 3 PM on its own Facebook page. The event will feature Jericho Rosales, Maymay Entrata, Donny Pangilinan, Diego Loyzaga, Jake Cuenca,Vina Morales, Maja Salvador and Piolo Pascual, along with Jed Madela and the Gold Squad (Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, Andrea Brillantes, Seth Fedelin) performing special numbers.

In line with bridging artist-fan connections, the project's “Lockdown Portraits” features photos the Star Magic artists have taken themselves while in quarantine. Resonating different aspects of love (from self-love and love for family to love for others and love of the arts), the collection will let fans on their idols' different sources of inspiration.
The “Lockdown Portraits” come in three volumes. Its volumes 1 and 2 will be released on June 24 and 28, respectively; while the third and special volume featuring Star Magic’s most sought after love teams will come out on July 5. The portraits will appear on Star Magic’s website.
Sneak peeks, behind the scenes footage, and exclusive interviews accompanying these stars' stories of love will also be shown as a one-hour TV special on Metro Channel.
"Love From Home" will also hold weekly fan sessions on TV and online, allowing fun and interactive meet-and-greets featuring Star Magic celebs. These include “Jeepney TV Love Team Bahay” (July 4, 8 PM), “Cinema One GCQ: Games with Celebrities on Quarantine” (July 18, 5 PM), and “Hotspot: The Love from Home with DJ Jhai Ho” (July 25, 8 PM, available on Facebook).

Next to sharing love amid rough times through digital content creation, “Star Magic: Love From Home” also aims to raise funds for Pantawid ng Pag-ibig (Isang Daan. Isang Pamilya).
The ABS-CBN Foundation-led campaign, now on its second phase, encourages Filipinos to donate PHP 100 to alleviate hunger among pandemic-stricken families. As of May 31, it has already received over PHP 400 million worth of donations, used to buy food and basic necessities to help especially those residing in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
Pantawid ng Pag-ibig aims for the support of 10 million Filipinos, in order to serve 300,000 more families. It has already aided 750,000 families since March.
