Ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Flour 
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt 
  • Eggs
  • Walnuts (optional)

🥑 AVOCADO BROWNIES 🥑 • • I think we all knew that there had to be an avocado recipe coming up.. and I hope this one doesn't disappoint! It's a fudgey, healthier alternative to the traditional brownie. Give it a go, add some nuts, try it with AP or coconut flour. Serve it with fruit and icecream. Do whatever you like! Have fun 🥰 • • 2 avocados 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3-1 cup sugar/sugar alternative (keto) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup unsweetened choc chips 1 tbsp coconut oil • • Mix first 8 ingredients in a food processor and set batter aside. Microwave choc chips in oil and add to batter. Pulse to combine. Pour batter into a lined baking tray. Pop in the oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean). Allow to cool, and enjoy! • • This recipe is gluten free, keto, can be vegan if you use an egg replacement. The avocado taste isn't prominent, it's basically just there for texture.   • Parmesan 
  • Salt
