Do you have corned beef at home & tired of cooking it the same way? Here’s an easy lockdown recipe we found on the internet & make no mistake, MASARAP sya! You & your kids will love Kalabasa Corned Beef Nuggets. 😋😍 . INGREDIENTS 1 can corned beef 2/3 cups bread crumbs 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder (or garlic) 1 teaspoon pepper 2 eggs 2 tablespoons cornstarch 3  cups shredded Kalabasa (we used a cheese grater) . FOR COOKING: (PLUS 1 CUP  BREAD CRUMBS FOR BREADING) 2 cups cooking oil (we used less oil) . INSTRUCTIONS In a medium sized bowl, mixed all of the ingredients ( except the 1 cup bread crumbs)  and form into nugget size pieces. Roll mixture into bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
