If you're thinking of hitting the gym to work out, don't.
In a study ABS-CBN News reported recently, other coronaviruses have been found to remain on metal, glass, and plastic for two hours to nine days. So, just imagine using a studio mat or gym equipment that has been used by someone who is sick or asymptomatic of the virus. You'd be the next carrier, too, without noticing it.
