Catch the most exciting things happening in the local art scene yet again this year with the 8th installment of Art Fair Philippines, happening from February 21-23 at The Link, Ayala Center Makati. In a shift from their old format, everyone attending this year's Art Fair should expect all sorts of new additions to the events here, including film screenings curated by writers Philbert Dy, Erwin Romulo, and director Teddy Co, art workshops on all sorts of mediums, from photography to printmaking to pottery, and even the inclusion of creative spaces that go beyond the gallery format, bringing you experiences in virtual reality, to all sorts of creative performances.

Spoken word poetry is about to make waves again with this first episode of the Ampalaya Chronicles starring Khalil Ramos and Elisse Joson. Based on Mark Ghosn's collection of poems called the "Ampalaya Monologues," Ampalaya Chronicles is set to have you feeling the bittersweetness that seems to come too easily with being young and in love. This first episode, titled "Adik", is about a one-sided love between a shy poet named Carlo (Khalil), and an aspiring beauty queen, Nina (Elisse), and how Carlo realizes along the way that maybe the love he wants is only in the poems he writes.
