Treat tech just like how you would food. Remember that too much of a good thing can be bad. Lay off it before you go to bed. And just like food diets, going on tech/social media diets can help you be better physically (because you’ll have more time to work out on your physique), mentally (there are studies that say that too much tech/social media may lead to anxiety), and emotionally (the negativity on the net can sometimes get to you).

Go say “yes!”

Say “yes” to things you haven’t tried before. Impromptu out-of-town road trips? Yes! Whitewater rafting? Yes! Finally download Tinder or Bumble? Yes! Simply doing the things you said “no” to before may already make a big difference.

Go learn something new

Go sleep more
