We only have a few days until Christmas, which means it's time to let all of our twinkling lights, wrapped gifts, and holiday music out! Since we're all about K-pop these past few years, it's safe to say that this season won't be complete without listening to some of our favorite K-pop idols busting some holiday tunes.
Since K-pop groups always make it a point to match their performances with the current season, we want to share with you some of our favorite performances that are perfect for the holiday season. From these K-pop groups' Christmas medley performances to Christmas songs they wrote themselves, listed down below are the best Christmas performances from our favorite K-pop groups that would surely get you in a festive mood!
1. "Dear Santa" by TTS
The sub-unit of Girls' Generation called TTS with members Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun released the track "Dear Santa" in 2015. With their angelic voices and the lovely message the song has, it's not surprising that it became one of the most-watched K-pop Christmas music videos of the decade. But we loved it more after watching their performance on Music Core while wearing cute white sparkly dresses and furry hats!
2. "Merry & Happy" by TWICE
TWICE released the MV of "Merry & Happy" in December 2017, which is where we saw the members having fun while baking and decorating for Christmas. It garnered a lot of positive comments for its cheery tone, especially from the ONCE fandom! Aside from its music video, the group also gave us amazing performances with the song. But if you're going to ask us our favorite one, it'll be their performance on Inkigayo where they're sitting side by side while wearing red and white outfits!
3. "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer + Jingle Bell Rock + Last Christmas" by BLACKPINK
BLACKPINK might already be a three-year-old group, but the girls haven't released their winter song yet. That's why when they had a Christmas performance at the Kyocera Dome last December 2018, BLINKs were definitely in awe over their outstanding cover. Plus, they even had a Mean Girls "Jingle Bell Rock" moment while wearing adorable Santa outfits which made the performance even more special!

4. "Christmas Day" by EXO
Popularly recognized as the Kings of K-Pop Christmas songs, EXO released their winter album called Miracles in December in December 2013. Their second track in the EP entitled "Christmas Day" was so good that it received positive reviews from the listeners, especially its live performances! Our favorite performance would surely be the one on Music Core, where they're wearing white long-sleeved shirts and suspenders that made them look like Santa's handsome helpers.
5. "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Girls' Generation
The second generation's nation girl group Girls' Generation did a cover of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" at their Christmas special concert SNSD's Christmas Fairy Tale in 2011. Since we already know that these girls are talented, it's expected that their cover is one of the best ones. What makes the performance lovelier is the fact that they're all wearing Santa dresses and reindeer headbands!
6. "Last Christmas + White Love" by ASTRO
Fans of ASTRO got an extraordinary Christmas surprise from them in 2017 when the group gave them an enjoyable Christmas medley performance with classic songs "Last Christmas" and "White Love" on Music Core. From their flawless visuals to the lively choreography of the songs, the group made it a performance you'll want to watch all season long!
With their rich harmonies and Christmas outfits, these performances from our favorite K-pop groups warmed our hearts and made for a perfect addition to our holidays. Without a doubt, we're excited to see new performances from these groups this December. But for now, let us enjoy watching these videos while sipping our home-made hot chocolate and getting cozy in our PJs!
