Bummed you can’t join the Metro Manila Pride Day this Saturday (June 29, 2019)? Fret not! Through our smartphones and apps that allow geotagging, you can turn your walk elsewhere into a march that will be in one with those joining the iconic LGBTQIA+ community spectacle!

This nifty little trick dubbed as "Pride March Everywhere" turns the desire of those unable to attend the march into a virtual but universally loud movement.
It's quite simple. First, open the Google Maps app and enter your walking route. Next, screencap the route and trace the track using any color of the rainbow. Finally, share it on your social media with the hashtag #MarchTogetherPH. Your colored "march" will then find its way to the top of the feed when clicking the hashtag!

Propel Manila, the creative digital agency behind the #LoveIsAllWeNeed campaign that previously pushed for SOGIE Bill right during the President’s State of the Nation Address last year, spearheaded this initiative.
"The march has always been an iconic part of Pride, and this innovative idea makes it possible for everyone to be part of it. It doesn’t matter where you come from and where you’re going, on Pride Day we are all headed towards Pride and Equality," Propel Manila said in a statement.
