In Focus: Even The Equally Schmexy Nico Bolzico And Raymond Gutierrez Struggle With These Exercises

It’s no secret that Mond Gutierrez and Nico Bolzico make exercise a priority. The Argentinian businessman once said he works out at least five times a week to stay in shape. Meanwhile, the celebrity host maintains the same physique he debuted in 2017—the year he’d shed 65 lbs in as little as 90 days.

With rock-hard bods and go-getter attitudes to match, Mond and Nico reap the benefits of sticking to a fitness regimen. Among them is getting certain body parts to look and function the way they want them to.

We met the gymrat friends and GActive ambassadors at FitStreet 2019 held recently. We went ahead and asked what parts they most enjoy working on—they both agreed that it’s their limbs.

For Mond, it's his upper body. “My favorite is my arms. It’s my strongest. Also shoulders because clothes look better. I love wearing sleeveless shirts! It’s always in fashion,” he declared.

Nico’s are his legs. “I run a lot and play football,” he said. “I like them strong. That’s what I focus on.”

That’s not to say concentrating on certain areas, or even just regularly working out for that matter, makes every physical activity they do a breeze. To this day, Mond and Nico struggle with other things.

One of Mond’s was getting his six-pack. “Coming from an overweight person like me, it took about a year (for them) to really be seen,” he admitted.

Surprisingly, his personal favorite is Nico’s least. “I always struggle with arms. They’re not huge. Every time I work them, they burn fast,” he lamented.

Another aspect they struggle with? Flexibility. The two admitted that out of all the workouts they had done at FitStreet, yoga was their hardest. Mond also revealed that one of his fitness goals for the year is increasing his flexibility. To do this, the 35-year-old has booked private sessions with his yoga instructor friend Bubbles Paraiso and made plans to train with fellow instructor Hideo Muraoka.

Nico is all for one-on-ones, adding how they can help newbies like him build confidence and a more solid foundation. “It’s very important because we are so behind. We need those basics to be polished before we jump into a class,” he explained.
