Organizational Development (or OD) is crucial in establishing change and transformation in an organization setup. What started as a practice in Western society has found its way into becoming a global phenomenon, spread as far across as Asian regions.
In lieu with this, the Organizational Development Practitioners Network invites OD practitioners to the AODN or The Convergence of All OD Practitioners in Asia, which will take place between October 24 and 26, 2018 at the Bai Hotel in Cebu City.
The three-day conference hopes to inspire by way of learning and sharing. Themes include history, challenges, trends, and cultural nuances that impact OD in Asia, success stories behind how organizations and practitioners underwent OD change and OD interventions, new approaches in OD centered on diagnosis, change management, intervention, or evaluation, and finally, a session focused on OD tools and skillset development.
Forty-five experts from around the world will be speaking at the event. Fr. Ben Nebres, Filipino Scientist, Mathematician, and longest-serving President of Ateneo de Manila University, will serve as keynote speaker.
