Famous for its Mondrian fixtures on the ceiling hovering the buffet that only showcased the best in Kapampangan cookery, Café Mequeni at Quest Plus Conference Center Clark recently relaunched following a facelift. Mequeni Live, as the main dining buffet resto of the sprawling RnR property is called, opened its doors last October 1 after a year-long wait.
The restaurant offers nine interactive live stations namely Grill, Sushi, Dessert, Fry, Kapampangan, Pizza, Noodle, Dim Sum, and Appetizers. Each "live" station lives up to its description, offering and serving guests an exhibition of the cuisine.
In fact, all senses start working right when diners make a step inside. "From the delicious sound of the deep fried tempura crackle, the overwhelming smell of the sizzling sisig, the beautiful array of fresh sashimi and sushi, the cool and sweet touch of the various flavors of Italian gelato, to the delectable taste of each of the dishes in every live food stations, Mequeni Live is truly a gourmand’s delight," the hotel said through its Marketing Manager, Renzelle Ann Palma.
Breakfast is open from 6:00AM to 10:30AM, lunch from 11:30AM to 2:30PM and dinner from 6:00PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Sunday.
