Cheat Sheet: These Fit And Fine Celebrity Daddies Make Working Out Fun For The Fam!

Traveling out and around the country, food trips, board games, and movie nights—these are just some of the many ways parents bond with their young ones. But one bonding activity that the whole fam could get into is working out. There are studies citing the benefits you reap from group exercise. And if you and your family don’t know where to start, take a look at how these celebrity pops turned physical activities into fun-filled family ones!

1. Jiu-jitsu. Teaching your daughter to be tough has never looked cuter! At this rate, it’ll only be a matter of time before Amarah Khatibi can take on her mixed martial artist father, Ali. Try the likes of KMA Fitness & Martial Arts when looking for places to train. They offer classes suited for both parents and kids.

2. Running. Walks with the family are always a sweet time, but if you’re looking for something more intense, why not jog or run with them? In Metro Manila alone, you won’t run out of spots to run in. And If you're really into it, why not join a fun run like Piolo and Inigo Pascual?

3. Indoor cycling.  Amp up your fam’s fitness like the Beckhams with this cardio + strength-building workout. Studios like Ride Revolution and Electric Studio hold classes in a group setting, making them friendly for the entire brood.

4. Swimming. PBA cager JC Intal knew just how to entertain baby Lucia in the water. JC not only kept her safe in a swimming pool, but he made sure she was smiling from ear to ear! Take a dip if you want an exercise that beats the heat, burns calories, and is easy on your joints.

While working up a sweat with the fam is always fun, there’s one thing dads should worry about when they do so—their hair. And no, we’re not talking about keeping it in place or styled or anything like that. We’re talking about hair loss. Sweating and the sun can cause wear and tear on your hair, which could lead to that very unfortunate condition.

But know this: there’s a way to fight back. It can’t be done by using your wife’s shampoo, though. Instead, use one that’s specifically made for men, like Dove Men+Care Strengthening Shampoo. It’ll leave your hair up to 5X stronger (against hair fall due to breakage vs. untreated hair) and give your scalp a deep clean.

Protect your hair every day so that you won’t have to worry about your crowning glory when you’re out having fun with the fam!
