1. Top knot (for CrossFit)

By integrating several disciplines from gymnastics, weightlifting, running and more, CrossFit pushes you to the limit with its high-intensity workouts. Survive the sweat sesh by keeping your hair away from your face and pulling it back into a topknot.

How to style: Gather your hair into a high ponytail, then twist it around the base to create a bun at the top of your head. Secure this with bobby pins. If you want to avoid sweat getting into your eyes, pair the look with a heavy-duty sweat band.

How to style: Simply part your hair down the center, then section off one side of your hair into three before proceeding with the typical French braid. Secure the ends with an elastic and repeat on the other side.

How to style: First, tie your hair to create a low ponytail, gathering it at the nape. Then fashion your ponytail into a typical three-strand braid.
