Marian fully commits to CrossFit. It was when Zia came into the picture that she decided to take big steps towards better health. “Ngayon, active ako sa CrossFit almost every day,” she shared. This is her secret to improving strength and conditioning effectively through various high-intensity workouts.

It’s not just about getting physical, but healthy eating, too! Marian makes it a point that her body meets its nutritional needs by having the right food choices. Doing so increases her energy levels, allowing her body to function properly. For those who cannot avoid indulging in “cheat meals” from time to time, she suggests eating them in moderation!

She’s in love! That was the last thing she revealed when asked how she stays healthy and beautiful. It’s really evident that the unconditional love she’s getting from her husband Dingdong Dantes and her daughter Zia boosts her well-being. She said, “Kung ano ang nasa loob mo, doon nagre-reflect sa physical mo.” Oh how powerful love can be!
