HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVES TO CLASSIC RECIPES. Well-loved Filipino classics such as the pandesal and sotanghon are made healthier with new ingredients, while EVERYDAY DINNERS showcases creative new ways to replace gluten and other carbs by using vegetables, quinoa and adlai.

World Street Food Congress 2017

THE 2nd WORLD STREETFOOD CONGRESS brings to Manila more delightful discoveries from our neighboring Asian countries to Europe and the Americas. Aside from presenting a myriad of street food to sample, the event prompted a colorful dialogue on culinary authenticity and the many possibilities that street food brings. Chef, author and TV host Anthony Bourdain graced the event and regaled the audience with his insights on food and travel. We included recipes of some of the street food featured in the event such as Xiamen-style Spring Rolls and Itek Tim.

We ate our way through the Southern Tagalog region in LAGUNA LOCATION, and uncovered a cozy new restaurant well worth the trip. Along the way, we gathered goodies to bring home – and come back for.
