Celebrities know all too well what it means to be fatigued. Late night shoots, back to back projects, and inadequate rest can make even the most upbeat stars feel down and cranky. While some rely on coffee and other energy boosters to stay on point, others choose to cope in more mental, physical, yet relatable ways.
Kris Aquino, for instance, made headlines in 2014 after she was hospitalized for exhaustion and extreme heat. At the time, the Queen of All Media told her Instagram followers that while she tried to fulfill all her work obligations, her body couldn’t handle the fatigue and stress. Kris has fully recovered since then, but other stars weren't as lucky. Back in the 80s, teen idol Julie Vega was only 16 when she died of cardiac arrest. Reports say that she experienced extreme fatigue and even contracted bronchopneumonia before her death.
Most health-conscious celebs know that being constantly exhausted can have repercussions on their health. Apart from getting enough rest, they're now turning to natural ways to combat fatigue and stress. Here are some of the things that today’s biggest stars do to manage their hectic lives.

They work out. Solenn Heussaff is, unarguably, one of the busiest celebrities in the country. Still, the multi-hyphenate "Wifezilla" of Nico Bolzico said that she makes time for exercise because it produces endorphins that can fight stress and depression.
They read. Kapamilya star Liza Soberano reads to unwind. A voracious reader, the next Darna actress once said that she feels “more human" when she reads actual books. She also revealed that she started a book club at her school and created mini-library with the help of friends.
They go to the beach. The Philippines has plenty of beautiful beaches and many people find it relaxing to spend a few days by the sea. James Reid once said that apart from spending time with girlfriend Nadine Lustre, he loves hitting the beach to de-stress!
They dance. For some, dancing might seem tiring (especially after a long day of work). But a lot of celebrities see it as an energizing and revitalizing activity. KC Concepcion started dancing at 13 years old and credits it for boosting her mood and nourishing her spirit.
Celebs get tired and stressed, just like everyone else. But when it comes to their well-being, they will care for themselves in ways they know best. Maybe we can all take a cue from them!
