Visitors also will have the opportunity to travel around the world with their tastebuds, exploring and savoring flavors from countries such as Italy, Spain, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

A special, distinct ingredient that sets MAFBEX apart from the usual food expos is the presence of its signature food-related activities. For starters, the event comprises of two competitions, namely the YHE Competition that is geared towards up and coming culinary students, and the MAFBEX Culinary Cup Home Chef Edition that seeks to recognize and challenge talented home cooks. This year, a cash prize of P30,000 awaits the winner of the latter contest.

And take note, the second leg of FOOD Tastings will be held there on June 17, 2017, Saturday at 4PM to be conducted by Chef Michelle Adrillana, Chef Deejay Santos, Chef Sharwin Tee and Chef Jam Melchor.
