Hot Stuff: Mind-tickling Books That MayMay, Coleen, Donny, And More Are Reading Today

World Book Day is about to knock on our door, and we've got just the thing for you. We've rounded up five books currently being read by some of today's hottest young celebs, with them personally letting us all in on what they were. They've also shared a note or two about their personal picks!

1. Nourishing Meals, Coleen Garcia's pick

"Billy isn't much of a reader. Ako naman I've been reading this: Nourishing Meals — Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Soy-Free dishes. But my all-time favorite book is still The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown 'cause it's the first book that ever captivated me.  I got [Nourishing Meals] from Fully Booked in UP Town "

2. The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, Frankie Pangilinan's pick

"I think I'd recommend The Great Gatsby because it's a classic and one that's very telling of the time in which it's set. I find that Fitzgerald paints a setting with his words that's so picturesque and detailed. He was a brilliant author."

3. Jesus Calling, by Sarah Young, May May Entrata's pick

4. Manage Your Day-to-Day, edited by Jocelyn K. Glei, Kiana Valenciano's pick

Manage Your Day-to-Day is a nutshell book about what the title suggests and is pretty much a book on adapting for effectivity in today's busy and overtly digital world. There's a portion about "protecting" your first morning hours and not allowing the day to just tumble onto you. Related specifics on how to manage and push back at the amount of information we're bombarded with also exists within Manage Your Day-to-Day's pages.  This book also contains an excerpt by marketing and branding genius, Seth Godin.

5. English Standard Version Study Bible, Donny Pangilinan's pick

"Given by Steven Chase.  It adds (special features) onto the actual Word (for studying purposes). There are definitions and history on objects, places, people, etc. which is why it's very thick, and everything is in detail."
