We often see them in their most pretty: They sparkle, they shine, the limelight is their life. And yet, many of our celebrities have more than once shared that there is more to what the eye can see. They are breathing, feeling, thinking humans, too. And one thing they share with us commoners of the world? Our love for reading.

We can't blame the general population, of course, for thinking that reading must be beyond our popular peers. Besides, wasn't it the National Book Development Board who noted a slight decline in Filipinos who read in their Readership Survey in 2012? Our local stars and influencers have been busy with their reading, and they shared it on their Instagram feeds. Here are just a few of those which caught our eyes:
Rica Peralejo reads Small is the New Big by Seth Godin.

@mrsboph // Dream Life // Living it for a day!
What it is? It's living right by a big open space, where I can read in the shade, while my kids run and play.
This is an awesome Sunday read, btw.
