According to TFC@theMovies, the film came out internationally around the same time as its release in the Philippines. The total box office amount combines USD4 million in sales from the Philippines as well as USD1 million from screenings in the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, USA and Canada. The film is also scheduled for release in Hong Kong on March 5.
This comes as great news, considering that My Ex and Whys was predicted to either equal or surpass three of the highest grossing Filipino films of 2016—namely Barcelona: A Love Untold, Everything About Her, and The Unmarried Wife.
