High Knees- 10 seconds [instructions here]
Jumping Jacks - 20 seconds [instructions here]
Rest - 10 seconds
Burpees 20 - seconds [instructions here]
Rest - 10 seconds
Jump Squats - 20 seconds [instructions here]
Rest - 10 seconds
Lunges - 20 seconds [instructions here]
Jog in place - 60 seconds / 1 minute
Jumping Jacks - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds

Rest - 10 seconds

So easy, right? And five minutes is such a small amount of time, but with this workout, you're definitely getting the most out of it. Just make sure to do as much (as many reps) as you can within the allotted time and in proper form for maximum results.
