Imagine this: You have a repository of not just photos and articles, but also video webisodes, interactive games, and a one-stop shop for purchasing your favorite magazine and book titles. All of these features are just one tap away on your smartphone or tablet.
We are referring to NoInk, ABS-CBN Publishing’s (API) newly-launched multimedia app, coined as a “one-stop shelf” for all your reading needs. A free-to-download app for both Android and iOS users, NoInk offers fresh lifestyle content, along with digital issues of magazine titles under API like Metro, Chalk, StarStudio, and Working Mom.
In case you were wondering what unique content NoInk has to offer, check out a few of these videos here. Whether you're in the mood for JaDine or KathNiel’s kilig moments, behind-the-scenes stories about the recent ASAP Live in New York production, or app-only book exclusives (bestsellers like Alex Gonzaga's books and Juan Miguel Severo's as well), NoInk truly aims to bring an interactive experience to its users.
One of the many interactive articles NoInk has to offer to its users.
While the app is downloadable via Google Play and Apple’s App Store, those buying MyPhone smartphones next month will have the multimedia app pre-installed, thanks to a partnership between API and MyPhone. In a presscon on September 12, API head Ernie Lopez explained that both NoInk and MyPhone are “pioneering, creative, and entrepreneurial.”
"We are very happy to be partnering with a trusted phone brand in our goal of bringing engaging experiences and tending content in a more interactive manner," Lopez adds.
In whatever way you get your hands on NoInk, one thing is for sure: It will change the way you consume content with your smartphone.
