While interviewing the stars, capturing special moments, and documenting the occasion were their main agenda at the 9th Star Magic Ball, these faces still stood out for being as stunning as the celebrities who walked the red carpet. Gretchen Fullido, Venus Raj, Niña Corpuz, Tippi Dos Santos, and G3 San Diego worked and worked it:
Gretchen Fullido. Gretchen’s style has always leaned towards a cool mix of trendy and classic, and this Francis Libiran metallic figure-hugging creation is exactly that: A timeless cut with a modern twist. It fits her sexy physique like a glove, giving her that Old Hollywood goddess vibe.
Venus Raj. The beauty queen-turned-host’s classic white gown by Joel Asebuche, matched with her innate grace, made her a true stand out even sans a plethora of accessories and dark makeup. Venus is a natural beauty anyway, so she can get away with even light hues.
Niña Corpuz. This Marchesa gown has been sitting inside Niña’s closet for a few weeks now (her sister who’s based in the US sent it over), and the Star Magic Ball couldn’t have been a more fitting time to show it to the world. Not only does the midnight blue hue perfectly complement her creamy complexion: The gown’s sophisticated silhouette matches her elegant demeanor just as well.
Tippi Dos Santos. Tippi was one of the brave souls who chucked ball skirts for a pantsuit, and we definitely think she made the right decision with her Mark Bumgarner number. Complete with slicked back hair, the MYX VJ married elegance (how can you go wrong with silk and crystals in the right places) and edge well.
G3 San Diego. Blogger and social media influencer G3 is one of the forces behind the Star Magic Ball TV Special, and though she was busy interviewing celebs, she did so in great style in a princess ball gown by Pepsi Herrera, paired with a glowing complexion and loose waves.
