Cheat Sheet: Master This Fire Water Recipe And Get Your Metabolism Kicking

We all know how important water is (it cleanses us and gets rid of toxins in the body). But sometimes, we do not realize that we don’t drink enough of it.

If you don't enjoy drinking water (taste may be too bland for you), flavoring it just might help—and you certainly would want to know about “fire water." It’s just made out of five ingredients easily available in the grocery, and it supposed to help maintain a flat belly! Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 liters of water

1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

½ teaspoon of grated ginger

4-6 mint leaves (depending on the size)

4 dashes of hot sauce  

Procedure:

Put all the ingredients together and leave overnight. You may squeeze a lemon and add the slices for flavor.

 

It's that simple—yet you'll surely reap big benefits!
