J.K. Rowling sure knows how to please her legions of fans all over the world as she continues to surprise us with new information, books, and plays that pull us, Potterheads, back into the Wizarding World that we all fell in love with. From the opening of the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play in West End, London, to the release of its official screenplay that went straight to the #1 spot in International Best-Sellers lists, to the upcoming big screen adaptation of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them in November, this year proves to be a big year for all of her fans, more so as she recently released a new series of ebooks called Pottermore Presents.
The bite-sized ebooks will gives us added insight into the magical places, objects, history, and characters that inhabit the magical world of Harry Potter with original writing from J.K. Rowling herself.

There is Hogwarts: An Incomplete and Unreliable Guide which gives us a closer look at the beloved wizarding school itself and things found inside from the sorting hat, to the house ghosts.
In the Short Stories from Hogwarts of Power, Politics, and Pesky Poltergeists, we will learn more about the Ministry of Magic, the Azkaban prison, and Potions master Professor Horace Slughorn.
And in Short Stories from Hogwarts of Heroism, Hardship, and Dangerous Hobbies, we will get a glimpse of the lives of the staff of Hogwarts, from Care of Magical Creatures teacher Silvanus Kettleburn, to another fan-favorite, Professor Minerva McGonagall.
While Jo, on numerous occasions, have said that she won’t be writing an 8th Harry Potter novel, these new materials seem to hint that she is not quite done with the Wizarding World, so we better keep our eyes open for more surprises in the future.
