Flame Restaurant, situated on the 16th floor of Discovery Primea, gives us the cozy and luxurious ambiance that matches with their luxurious-tasting dishes, and luxurious quality of service. “All your senses have to be stimulated in a thorough restaurant experience,” said Mr. David Pardo De Ayala, General Manager of Discovery Primea Makati.
Like the name of the restaurant, reviews for Flame’s delectable dishes have been spreading like wildfire with diners coming in at least twice a week, mostly hearing about it through word of mouth. And just recently they’ve launched a menu that's exclusively available for lunch, making your lunch escapade extra special, because you know you’re getting something that’s not available elsewhere and in any other time.
On top of the list is the Pork Belly Doughnut—no, that’s not a typo, the goodness of a doughnut stuffed with the sinfully-good pulled pork belly will give you the most comforting combination of flavors making it one perfect snack that you may opt to have before or after your meal.

What’s cool about Flame’s dishes is that they, in some ways, build up the anticipation for the next course. After you have your Pork Belly Doughnut or the bite-size Paella Meatballs, you will be left craving for the main course, and we recommend that you try their U.S. Wagyu “Bistro Steak” because you can never really go wrong with it—the tenderness of the meat served with Togarashi potatoes, toasted spice vinaigrette, Tagaytay Tomatoes. They also have homemade mustard to add flavor if you want it. Something which Chef Luis Chikiamco takes pride in. “We really experimented with that. We wanted to give the diners something different, instead of the usual outsource mustard, so something special is that we try to do things homemade if we can.”

By the time you finish your steak, you'll be ready for their mouthwatering dessert. And their Roasted Mango is a definite must-try, because really what’s not to love? Roasted mango topped with tropical fruit sherbet and coconut crumble, order this and taste the magic in your mouth.
They also offer an Executive Lunch Menu, where guests can choose from an extensive list of appetizers, main courses, and desserts for less than P 1000, making it the perfect choice if you are trying to impress your client or your date.
