Maintaining her toned figure remains to be Kathryn Bernardo’s priority.

Having recently concluded her shoot with rumored boyfriend Daniel Padilla in Barcelona, Spain for their upcoming movie, Kathryn is back at the gym for intense workout sessions with her trainer Bok Santos. The  latest excerise routine Bok has taught Kathryn? A variation of dips, where Kathryn combines the usual dips with leg exercises.

This workout gets to tone not just her triceps and core, but also her legs as well. The best part of this two-in-one exercise? Anyone can do this workout at the comfort of their homes, sans the need for any sophisticated gym equipment!
