Manila’s urban life is constantly busy and changing, and its food scene is no exception. Taft students and UST students can attest to its good new eats popping left and right. This month, 2 restaurants made it back to the list, and 1 newly opened cafe is mending broken hearts around the city.

Dairy Depot is a small dessert specialist serving homemade desserts including churro ice cream sandwiches, cookie skillets, waffles and ice cream cones. It’s mainly for the students of DLSU-Manila. It’s not for the beer drinking crowd or third wave coffee drinkers. We recommend their best selling churro ice cream sandwiches and cookie skillets. Our insider tip: Dairy Depot also sells a few artsy and stationery products on the side.
