For KC Concepcion, busy these days doesn't mean a schedule packed with taping and shoots, but rather, with activities that give back. There's her work with the United Nations World Food Programme, for which she has recently helped introduce a more streamlined way of packing relief goods:
And there's also her online shop KC's Closet, where she sells her pre-loved clothes, shoes, and accessories, all proceeds are for a good cause—providing meals for Filipino school children.
Yet, amidst these activities KC has been busy with these past few months, she has also been able to make much time for her parents and siblings, proof that indeed #KCLovesFamily (yep, Miss Concepcion's even got an official hashtag for all her family-related posts):
There's so much we can learn from KC when it comes to sibling love, and we've curated five of the cutest ways she tightens her bonds with her sisters (and family in general), which can surely help you with your own personal relationships:
1. Have a staycation with your parents.
You may be all grown up, but nothing beats gettin all childlike again and bonding with your parents at home (or at a posh hotel, if you have the budget) during your off days. It’s a perfect way for you and your siblings to catch up on what's happening in each other's, and your 'rents', lives.
2. Have a slumber party!
Want to make it extra fun? Invite your cousins, too!
3. Go on treks.
This is a win-win activity: You get to bond with each other and work out at the same time!
4. Create music.
Want to step things up? Upload your covers on YouTube and who knows, you and your sister just might be the next online sensations.
5. Go on a road trip.
Every weekend if you can!
