ABS-CBN’s drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya celebrated its silver anniversary on ASAP yesterday, and while the tribute to the show was a beautiful walk down memory lane, it was its host, ABS-CBN Chief Content Officer Charo Santos-Concio, that caught everyone's attention from the get go:
All hail to the queen!
Even at the age of 60, Santos-Concio matched (perhaps even bested) the beauty of the other actresses who were with her on stage, which included Dawn Zulueta, Bea Alonzo, Sarah Geronimo, and Janella Salvador.
It seems as if she hasn't aged a day! Check out these photos of her back in the 1970s, as featured in the book tribute to her, Charo and I:
An icon, even at a young age.
And her photo shoot with Metro Magazine last year...
As well as this Metro Society cover feature, which she appeared on with ABS-CBN President Carlo Katigbak and ABS-CBN Chairman Gabby Lopez:
Do you see any difference? Barely any, if you'd ask us! #Lifepeg and #beautygoals in their truest sense, with the holistic life she leads and her physical and inner beauty that only gets better with time. Maalala Mo Kaya's celebration of its 25th year is also a testament of Santos-Concio's being not just a celebrated icon, but an epitome of timeless beauty.
