Fitspiration: These Celebrities Have Got Weight Loss Regimens That Allow Them to Enjoy Normal Food

 

 

Going on a diet isn't always synonymous to depriving yourself of regular food. Check out these five celebrity tried-and-tested diets that will allow you to go on enjoying delish dishes and drinks while helping you lose weight:

 

The NUIU Diet. Liz Uy and Georgina Wilson prefer the NUIU diet, a weight loss regimen that involves calorie-counted meals without fasting or giving up normal food. Sample meals are: (breakfast) Whole wheat pandesal with Spanish sardines and kesong puti, (lunch) sweet pea ribs with lemony mashed potato, and (dinner) beef kebabs with brown or white saffron rice.

Liz and Georgina are generally healthy eaters. (Above) Liz's breakfast during a trip in New York City: Mixed berries, farm to table jam, bacon, and organic eggs.

 

The Cohen Diet. Bea Alonzo and Judy Ann Santos shared with StarStudio that they are into the Cohen Diet. It's a doctor-prescribed diet plan based on hormonal imbalances in the body which cause weight gain. It is designed to bring back the hormones into balance through a proper and nutritious diet. The diet plan is based on an individual's blood work where prescribed meals are recommended in certain combinations and quantities.

"It's a diet na based on your blood type and it's really working for me. Alam mo, yung cost niya it's not that bad because yung babayaran mo lang naman is for the whole six months of the program already," says Juday.

 

The Juju Cleanse. Kris Aquino turns to the JuJu Cleanse, a fasting detox program that involves drinking juice made from fruits and vegetables for three days.

You can try six different types of juices: One bottle includes celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce, spinach, malunggay, and pineapple. The other has grapefruit, Himalayan salt, pineapple, and coconut water.
