If you are usually at home or have no time to go to the gym, this routine from Nikki Torres, Yoga and Dance Fitness Instructor, suits you.
1 minute Burpees
1 minute Split Squats
1 minute Alternating Wide-elbowed and Tricep Pushups
1 minute Side Plank Dips (30 seconds per side)
1 minute Supine Leg Lifts
Then repeat 3-4 times.
If you have equipment at home or you have spare time to go to the gym, you may try this routine recommended by Rachelle Que, an Indoor Cycling Instructor.
5 rounds of 5 snatches
10 chest to bar pull-ups
15 handstand push-ups (or L-seated kettle bell press)
