After we have witnessed a scorching APEC Summit, not only because of the summery weather strangely at this time of the year and understandable hotheads faced with inconveniences brought about by the global leader's meeting, the hashtag #APECHotties seems to be as memorable as the agreements or pacts reached during the almost weeklong fare.
The dashing and debonair leaders of Canada and Mexico have since taken a lot of attention, and perhaps made us see a welcome deviation from the immensely significant and serious event. Yes, we see people going head over heels over these handsome heads of state.

And most of those they had bowled over, pretty much had one specific, lucid dream--having a Philippine president who can measure up to such standards and even lord it over in the looks category.
Admittedly that surely is one superficial, shallow reason to choose a president or leader of a country. Their resounding choice for "President", as seen in social media posts and comments? It's Eduardo Buenavista, also the princely, dapper fictional politician in the ABS-CBN primetime drama Pangako Sa 'Yo, or actually the actor who portrays the winsome, gorgeous character, Ian Veneracion.
Yes, his charming looks should easily melt the hearts of even a warring nation.

Aside from his good looks, his fashion sense is very much regal, first-rate, and truly "presidential."
Even the country's leading clothing line recognizes his appeal and #BeDapper-ish qualities.
Of course, in the looks department, it seems Eduardo or should we say Ian really has it in the bag, ever since he was a kid!
But then again, choosing the right leader should go deeper and wiser than just being solely awed by looks, physique, and cute winks. Judgement should be based on real, not fantasy, accomplishments, effective leadership qualities, unquestionable credibility, rock-solid integrity, genuine compassion and concern for others, and the right mix of smarts and walks in getting things done.
And maybe the right amount of #APECHottie charm could also complete the gorgeous picture.
