Meet Cinty Yniguez (@cintyyniguezcurran) from Bliss Yoga Manila Power Yoga 11:00 - 11:50AM Lunar Room Cinty’s Wellness Journey is inspired by the words of Lao Tzu, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Today, she is eternally grateful for every step and leap of faith she’s taken. After nearly 14 years of practice and 7 years of teaching to adults, teens, and kids in Hong Kong, she has recently reestablished her roots back in Manila where she teaches an integrated yoga style, guided by the principles of alignment, strength, and flexibility. Her advocacy of yoga is inspired by the teaching philosophies of renowned teachers such as Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman (Anusara / Vinyasa Flow) and Joakim Olin, (Dharma Mittra), as well as, Dharma Mittra, Andrei Ram-Om, David Swenson, Desiree Rumbaugh, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Briohny Smith and Dice, Anna Forrest, Sean Corn, Shiva Rei, and many others. It is her hope and desire to make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone and share the inspiration and experience together. She believes in sustaining a consistent and committed practice to evolve and embody the authenticity of yoga – “on” and “off” the mat. Remember this, “As long as you can breathe, you can do yoga.” #GlobalMalaManila2015Teachers

She teaches Kundalini Yoga and loves how the ancient technology of the practice goes beyond the physicality of the poses and awakens the practitioner spiritually. The practice consists of postures with special breathing, hand and finger gestures, body locks, chanting, and meditation, together or in sequence to create an exact and specific effect to address a health concern or emotional issue. Her experience of healing through Yoga was transformative in a holistic sense, and this is what her students will experience in her classes. #GlobalMalaManila2015Teachers
