Organic Granola and Watercress Salad with Garlic-Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients for the dressing:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced coarse sea salt and white pepper, to taste
4 cups watercress sprouts, trimmed and rinsed
1 cup crumbled organic granola
1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and garlic, and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigirator.
2. On a serving plate, arrange watercress and granola. Drizzle with garlic-yogurt dressing before serving.
